beginning fresh in 2012

Hey God,

After a year of being constantly sick and ending with a stay in hospital ... I think I am finally listening ... my body is saying slow down ... get the balance right ... stop trying to keep up with what you perceive others to be doing ... you dont have to do it all ... just be you and do what is right for you ...

... 2012 has began a journey of finding my rhythm ... a healthy rhythm ...

... 2012 will be a year of prayerful consideration and Love ... 

Thanks for being my safety and not letting me go.
